Gaskets
Using a wide variety of rubber compounds, we can create bespoke gaskets from custom designs. These can be used in a range of different applications, from FDA-approved materials used in the food & drink or pharmaceutical industry, to tear-resistant materials used in automotive and construction sectors.
Extrusions
Rubber extrusions can be a finishing product in the form of decorative trims, or they can be used to seal and control noise and vibrations. Available in a series of profiles, they can also be manufactured to bespoke designs.
Mouldings
By using injection and compression presses, we can create a variety of different rubber products including cones, caps, handles and many more. When it comes to bespoke mouldings, the possibilities are almost endless.
Strips
Widely used in electronics, glazing, construction and the automotive industry; rubber strips are used to effectively seal gaps. They provide benefits including waterproofing, soundproofing and insulation.
