Coruba’s huge selection of rubber sheeting products have many applications such as gaskets, sealing and packing. Our solid rubber sheeting, dependent on the grade, has a wide temperature range of between -60°C and 300°C, making it ideal for multiple applications.
With grade specific physical properties such as good tensile strength, high abrasion resistance, high tear properties and excellent compression tolerance, our products can provide resistance against many organic salts and acids, including fuels and oils, and a range of organic solvents.

Utilising our purpose built 11,000 square foot in-house manufacturing facility in Cambridgeshire, Coruba can work with you to fabricate the highest quality bespoke rubber products to meet exact specifications.
We understand that one size doesn’t fit all, so with that in mind, we offer a custom-cut rubber mats service using our state-of-the-art Atom CNC machine, which can guarantee highly precise and repeatable cuts to ensure a perfect fit every time.
You can choose from a selection of design patterns including diamond checker plate, smooth, ribbed and circular studs, available in various rubber compounds such as nitrile, EPDM, SBR and PVC. Our custom-cut mats are compliant with REACH standards, enhancing every workspace.
Coruba’s certifications
As a leading global rubber supplier, we have many credentials and certifications ensuring compliance with safety standards and the law. We manufacture and sell a large range of FDA Approved materials, British Standard Approved materials with full certification and Roofing Grade EPDM rubber “Corruseal”.
Coruba products have several certifications including flame retardancy, FDA approval and potable water suitability, as well as products such as rubber sheeting with capabilities including oil and fuel resistance and high temperature resistance.
Everything you purchase from us will be provided with the relevant certificates of conformity to the required standards.
Convenient delivery options
Located in Essex, we can deliver online purchases almost anywhere across the UK, including to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Anglesey and the Isle of Wight. We’re also happy to deliver worldwide, with the appropriate additional P&P charges. There’s no minimum order charge and discounts are available for some bulk purchases and trade customers, subject to terms and conditions.
To help you make your choice, we can provide free-of-charge samples that are normally approximately 200mm x 200mm for matting and sheeting and 300mm for extrusions. Customers may be charged for anything larger than this, but the cost can be deducted later from any ensuing order.
There is also an option for you to send samples in to us, in order for us to test them when the compound is not known.
