APPEARANCES
Open grid “duckboard” design with hollow cushioned surface.
COLOURS
Available in homogenous standard colours; Red, Blue, Green, Beige and White. Red colour is not colourfast in direct sunlight. Other colours available on request.
DURABILITY
One piece welded construction for maintenance free life.
WORKABILITY
Flexible construction is easy to cut and shape on site. Supplied in rolls with top ribs facing outwards. Requires inverting once rolled out prior to use.
USES
All locations, both indoor and outside. Red colour is not colourfast in direct sunlight.
ACOUSTIC
Excellent sound absorption properties.
CHEMICAL
Resistant to most acids, alkalines and oils.
COMPOSITION
Flexible DINP plasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC).
ENVIRONMENT
We do not use any substances currently included in the SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) list under R.E.A.C.H.* in any matting products. All products are 100% recyclable. * Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of CHemical substances.

HYGIENE
Non-porous 100% Virgin PVC – Inhibits the growth of bacteria.
BPR
(EU Biocidal Products Regulation 528/2012): Contains Biocidal Products for improved performance.

Anti-bacterial SteriTouch additive; Test JIS Z 2801:2000 – Determination of the antibacterial effect against:
Staphylococcus aureus Result – Antimicrobial pass of >99%.
E. Coli Result – Antimicrobial pass of >99.99%.
Anti-fungal SteriTouch additive; Test method ASTM G21-09 – Determining resistance to fungi.
Result – Nil Growth after 2 weeks.

REVERSION
Thermoplastic shrinkage can result in size reductions up to 2%. Accelerated in hot environments.
THERMAL
Functional -230C +600C (slight size variation may occur at temperature extremes).
UV LIGHT
Resistant to PVC degradation; uncoloured PVC material – BS EN 607 = Delta E 1.02.
