EPDM (100%) Rubber Open Cell Sponge, has properties that make it useful in many applications. ER94 EPDM open cell structure gives it excellent recovery properties, or compression set resistance, making it a great choice for die ejection applications, cushioning, and vibration absorption. ER94 EPDM open cell is also used as an expansion joint material and has very good non-skid properties making it a common choice for mousepads, office supplies, and marketing displays.
EPDM compared against Natural Open Cell offers benefits including excellent UV, ageing and ozone resistance along with higher temperature rating of +135C.
ER94 EPDM open cell can be supplied with or without adhesive backing in full rolls or slit rolls. Coruba can die or waterjet cut parts to your exact specifications.
