APPEARANCES
Open grid “duckboard” design with cross directional top ribs.
COLOURS
Available in homogenous standard colours; Light Grey and Black. Other colours available on request.
DURABILITY
One piece welded construction for long life and minimal maintenance.
INSTALLATION
Loose laid. PVC ramp edging available in 6cm and 10cm widths.
WORKABILITY
Flexible construction is easy to cut and shape on site. Supplied in rolls with top ribs facing outwards. Requires inverting once rolled out prior to use.
USES
Specifically engineered for roof walkways.
ACOUSTIC
Excellent sound absorption properties.
CHEMICAL
Resistant to most acids, alkalines and oils.
COMPOSITION
Flexible DINP plasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC).
ENVIRONMENT
We do not use any substances currently included in the SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) list under REACH** in any matting products. All PVC grid products are 100% recyclable.

Non-porous 100% Virgin PVC – Inhibits the growth of bacteria.

ASTM F 1677 – Dry/Wet: 1.0/0.9

THERMAL
Functional -230C +600C (slight size variation may occur at temperature extremes).
UV LIGHT
Resistant to PVC degradation; uncoloured PVC material – BS EN 607 = Delta E 1.02.
WIND RESISTANCE
*When loose laid, Crossgrip PVC is effective for winds up to 60mph (96 km/h). In Laboratory conditions, on a flat stable platform at The University Of Hertforshire, School of Aerospace, Automotive & Design Engineering, Crossgrip PVC remained stable in wind speeds up to 94mph (150 km/h).
