Metroscrape™ is an economical and environmentally friendly product, made from recycled high-quality tyres. The fully vulcanised rubber contains dispersed fibres, forming a unique compound with exceptional strength and durability. It can withstand harsh conditions, including ozone exposure and low temperatures.
Available in flat sheets for die-cut parts, Metroscrape™ can also be slit to custom widths or moulded into bespoke components.
It’s ideal for applications requiring superior tear resistance and long-lasting performance. Common uses include trucking parts such as baffles, close-outs, air dams, splash shields, mud guards, and mud flaps. In agriculture, it’s used for scrapers, step pads, cab mats, engine close-outs, and grain deflectors. Metroscrape™ is also suitable for mining, railroad, and anti-vibration applications.
N.B. Available in plain or self-adhesive backed tape (SAB) alternatives. Bespoke sheets and gaskets are available, as well as customised rubber strips. Email your enquiries to sales@coruba.co.uk.
