REACH compliant closed cell matting in PVC foam composition for light duty use.
A good value, hard working, anti-fatigue matting with a ribbed slip resistant surface, Tuff Spun also reduces impact noise and protects items accidentally dropped.
GENERAL
APPEARANCES: Single layer foam or foam thermally fused* to top wear layer. Bevelled edges on 4 sides. * Spark Safe is glued together.
DURABILITY: Extruded vinyl foams (Spark Safe is 100% rubber). 2 part mats are thermally fused.
WORKABILITY: Available in rolls for ease of installation. Easy to cut to size and shape.
USES: Anti-fatigue mats for indoor use, mainly dry areas.
TECHNICAL DATA
ACOUSTIC: Excellent sound absorption properties.
ANTI-FATIGUE: ASTM D2362.
COMPOSITION: Vinyl foam/vinyl wear layer except Spark Safe which is rubber foam/rubber wear layer.
ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE (ESD): ASTM D257.
REVERSION: Thermoplastic shrinkage can result in size reductions up to 2%. Accelerated in hot environments.
THERMAL: Functional -230C +600C (slight size variation may occur at temperature extremes).
UV LIGHT: Resistant to PVC degradation.
