Online purchases can be delivered almost anywhere across the United Kingdom, including these areas:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Anglesey
  • Isle of Wight

We are also happy to deliver worldwide (additional P&P charges will apply).

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our standard delivery rate is £12.50 +VAT. Free Delivery is available for orders over £500 Nett ( exclusions apply)

Free delivery applies to stock items only and does not include fabricated items – discounted items may not qualify.

Additional charges may be applied to the following postcodes:

  • BT – Northern Ireland 
  • IM – Isle Of Man 
  • HS – Offshore Islands (Scotland) 
  • IV – Inverness but also Offshore Islands (Scotland) 
  • PA – Offshore Islands 
  • KA - Offshore Islands 
  • PH - Offshore Islands 
  • TR –  Isles Of Scilly – Offshore Islands 
  • GY / JE – Guernsey/Jersey – Channel Islands

For areas outside the UK mainland, you will be notified as soon as possible if your order is subject to an additional surcharge. Coruba reserves the right to cancel orders to these areas if additional carriage charges have not been agreed.

How long do you take to deliver orders?

For orders placed before 2pm, delivery is usually between 1 to 2 days. Standard deliveries are made from Monday to Friday and up until 6pm.

We can organise special deliveries for those who wish to specify the date. A special 12pm or Saturday delivery service can be arranged at an additional cost. Call us on 01702 560194 with your specific requirements.

How do I place an order?

You can browse through our website, choose your desired product/s and add them to your cart. Fill in the necessary details at the checkout and you’re good to go.

What is the minimum order per transaction?

There is no minimum order if you complete the transaction online.

Telephone orders should be a minimum of £25 plus shipping fees.

What are your payment options?

Online payments are made via secure server using SagePay or PayPal. Regular customers can apply for a credit account (terms and conditions apply).

We also accept credit card payments over the phone.

How do I return and exchange purchases made online?

Coruba thoroughly inspects all products prior to shipment.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with a valid reason to return any items.

We will not accept returns and exchanges after 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, your goods will be considered as satisfactory; any request for returns and exchanges after this period will be declined.

Coruba accepts returned goods in the following condition:

  • They should be clean
  • They must be in a saleable condition
  • There should be no visible rips, tears or markings

All returns will incur a return shipping/collection fee and a 20% handling fee where appropriate and are subject to the discretion of Coruba, unless agreed by prior arrangement.

Are my credit card details safe?

We use SagePay and PayPal as our payment service providers to ensure that customer data is safe and secured at all times.

Credit card payments taken over the telephone are fully compliant with banking regulations.
