Delivery Information

Where we deliver

Our online orders cover deliveries throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight).

Orders over £1200 qualify for free carriage (applies to in stock items only and does not include fabricated items). Items discounted for bulk may not qualify for free carriage. All other orders have a fixed rate of £20.00 + VAT, with the exception of equine related items (stable mats) which are subject to individual shipping charges based on the size and weight of the items purchased.

Deliveries to the following postcodes which may incur an additional charge. Please contact us for delivery charges before ordering if the delivery address is one of the postcodes that follow. Coruba reserve the right to cancel orders to these areas if orders are placed online and additional carriage has not been agreed.

Any non UK mainland areas that incur a surcharge will be notified as soon as the order has been received internally.

Delivery services

Standard Delivery 1-2 days (if ordered before 2pm). Deliveries are made up until 6pm.

Please call us if you wish to specify your delivery day. At an additional cost we can also offer a before 12pm service or even a Saturday delivery. Call us on 01702 560194 to arrange this after checkout.

If you require an urgent delivery please call us and we will do our best to pick and pack as promptly as possible providing the product is in stock.

All deliveries will need to be signed for – please make sure someone is available to receive the goods. Goods can be left in your designated safe place only if arranged prior to dispatch and you will need to leave a signed note on the outside of the door signed for the driver to take away with him. Goods will then be left, and their location photographed. Goods left at customers own risk.

After a failed delivery a redelivery charge may be incurred of £15 by the courier, after two delivery attempts the courier will return the goods to us where a full delivery charge will re-apply.

Please note “Free delivery” is for one single dispatch of goods to one destination. Redirection of goods, redelivery and returns are all chargeable by the courier and will be passed on to the customer.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the goods, if not please contact us at order stage or if this is after order has been made please advise us asap and we will speak to the courier to find out your options.

Goods delivered on a pallet, will ideally need to be forklift off by yourself. If no forklift is available, we may be able to unload these by pump truck and tail lift but only if the pallet is a euro style pallet ( 1m x 1.2m). In the case of larger pallets, (Stable/Gym Mats), or where a pump truck is not available/suitable, if you have no mechanical lifting equipment onsite then the mats will need to be hand balled off with your help or help provided by you. The driver may help at his own discretion, you will be amazed at what a cup of tea can achieve 😊. If you have any concerns, please call us prior to ordering and will find a solution.

Please note the following:

  • Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day
  • Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday
  • Delivery will be through our chosen carrier
  • Deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you
  • All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified

If you wish to return any goods, please contact us with the reasons in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days from date of sale – after 7 days from date of sale, your goods will be assumed satisfactory and any claims for errors in shipment, or requests for returns and exchanges will not be accepted. We will only accept goods returned provided they are clean, in a saleable condition, with no rips, tears or markings. All returns are subject to the discretion of Coruba unless agreed by prior arrangement, all returns and/or exchanges are subject to a return shipping/collection fee, and a 20% handling fee where appropriate. Where goods are shipped to locations outside of the UK, goods returned for inspection due to fault claims must be returned at the customers costs which is refundable in the event of a successful claim. Please consider our tolerances below and discuss your claim before sending as we cannot return goods that are in tolerance unless the customer pays for the cost of the return back to them.

IMPORTANT: Once goods are Installed, fitted, cut, glued, modified in anyway etc., acceptance of goods will be assumed and the return ability will be void as the goods are no longer in the format / condition they were originally sold.

IMPORTANT: Suitability for purpose is the customer’s responsibility.

When purchasing from Coruba, you are ordering from a leading supplier of Rubber Sheeting, Matting and Extrusions, so you can be sure you will get the very best service, from start to finish.

There is no minimum order charge and discounts are available for bulk purchases or trade customers (limited companies only, conditions apply).

We strongly advise customers to ask any questions they have on products before purchasing. We also ask you to provide a telephone number along with your purchase, to assist any delivery queries there may be.

Please note: we cannot, and will not, be held responsible for sub sequential / consequential loss due to delivery delays, this includes, but is not limited to, labour & installation charges. All carriage ETA’s are quoted as a guide only. A rough ETA can be provided after 9:30am on the day of your delivery, please contact us for this service, anything stated before this is an estimate. Please note we use external couriers, they deliver between 9am & 6pm Monday to Friday. Timed, Saturday & AM services are available at additional cost to the customer. Carriage paid does not include any special requests or services.

Due to the manufacturing processes involved with rubber products we cannot guarantee exact measurements. For this reason we have to have a tolerance factor.

In addition to these tolerances, please note that it is impossible to guarantee a ‘square’ edge on rubber in rolls or single mats. Linkable products give the best finish but all other products may need to be trimmed to achieve a more aesthetic join where required. If you are unsure please call us for advice.

Payment is by via secure server using Sage Pay or PayPal, regular repeating customers in the trade can apply for a credit account (limited companies only and subject to satisfactory credit score).

Pricing is subject to change from time to time as markets in raw materials fluctuate. If you see the same product elsewhere, send us an email with a link to the website and we will endeavour to not only match the price but beat it. This does not apply for cheap Far East alternatives present in the UK market.

From time to time there will be promotions and we will email details of these or advertise them online. Coruba reserve the right to end promotions without notice.

Unfortunately our “beat it by 10%” offer isn’t available in conjunction with any online auction site including eBay and Amazon. We cannot price match “bids” and please note delivery costs will be included in the price promise unless collection is required. Discounts are added to the overall total of an order including any delivery costs (if applicable). Price matching and price beating will be quoted on a “like for like” basis with matching order parameters. To qualify for the price match promise you may be asked to provide documented evidence of the price we are beating. Please note this offer is not available for equine products.

Free of charge samples are normally 200mm x 200m appx for Matting and Sheeting and 300mm for extrusions, anything larger than this may be charged for but can later be deducted from any ensuing order. If you are sending samples into us, we cannot guarantee their return unless this is stated in writing in advance. In some cases, where the compound is not known, we have to send them away, often overseas, to be tested. This process will consume much of the sample material supplied to us. If you require samples or part of the sample back, as already mentioned, you must inform us in writing at the time of sending them.
